The Lafontaine Veterinary Clinic is committed to the safety of our team and the community. Therefore, at this time, we would ask if you are exhibiting any symptoms or have recently traveled to please reschedule any appointments for a later date.
We have reduced the hours of The Clinic as follows:
Monday – Thursday
9:00a – 5:00p
8:00a – 4:00p
Arriving For Appointments
Until further notice, we will not be letting clients into the building. Please stay in your vehicle, call the reception desk and one of our team members will come out to greet you. We will then ask you for your cell phone number, take your pet into the building and the veterinarian will call you to do a consultation, while you wait in your vehicle. Your pet will be returned to you and the invoice will be completed in the parking lot or over the phone. Please ensure that your dogs are secured on a leash and your cat is secured in a carrier.
Purchases and Prescriptions
Please call ahead to reserve and pre-pay for your products. Due to availability and shipping delays from our suppliers, we also cannot guarantee delivery times.
NO CASH POLICY
To help keep our staff safe, we are continuing our NO CASH policy at this time. We are happy to accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard. Payment by Phone is Accepted.
Payment by credit card can be done via phone to reduce contact.
